Robert Kuhn
Local Photographer
Robert has been photographing birds since he was a boy scout. His love of nature shows in his photos of wild birds in their natural habitat. His presentation 'Getting the Picture' will assist anyone desiring to get that perfect picture.
Don Pritzl
'Saving the Bluebird'
Don is a retired manager of the Casco FS Cooperative. He currently is the Kewaunee County Coordinator for the Bluebird Restoration Association of Wisconsin. Don has been making, placing, and monitoring bluebird houses since 1992. In that time he has helped fledge over 3600 bluebirds and many other cavity nesters. He calls it a 'fun' hobby, one he hopes to continue for a long time.
Kim Diedrich,
Chief Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary Naturalist
Kim Dietrich has been the Chief Naturalist at Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary for 30 years. She has a degree in Forestry from UW-Stevens Point. Kim enjoys working with animals and has had some great experiences with critters and people while at the sanctuary. She dreams of writing children’s books about nature. She loves to play in the dirt, spend time with her family, take long walks, and go camping in her free time.
Kim will be sharing personal stories as well as natural history information about a number of live, non-releasable animals who have come through the Wildlife Sanctuary’s rehabilitation program (RPAWS). Her 45-60 minutes presentation will afford time for viewing, touching some wildlife, and asking questions.
